The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

Participants must have an active Instagram or Facebook account to enter.

To enter the giveaways, participants must like and share the daily competition post on Albemarle Homes’ Instagram or Facebook page.

The competition runs daily from 1st December 2024 to 12th December 2024. Entries for each prize close at 21:00 PM on the same day the post is published.

One winner per day will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter within 48 hours of the day’s competition closing.

Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, Albemarle Homes reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prizes are as stated in the daily posts and are non-transferable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.

Albemarle Homes reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary.

By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and/or image in any future promotional material related to this competition.
