Recommend a Friend and Receive £500

Tell a friend how much you love your new Albemarle home and you’ll receive a little thanks from us.

How it works

If your friend or family member decides to purchase an Albemarle home following your glowing reference of your new home and our excellent service, then we think it’s only fair that you receive a reward as a sign of our gratitude.

So, during the purchase of their home your friend or family member must provide a voucher on reservation, (you can download it here). Once their purchase is legally completed you will receive the £500. It’s that simple!  Although there’s just one qualifying criteria is that you must have purchased your own Albemarle home first.

*To claim your reward you must email us with the name, email and telephone number BEFORE their first contact/ visit. £500 will be paid to the named referrer only upon legal completion of the homebuyer’s purchase. In the event of the completion not taking place due to either party pulling out for any reason the £500 payment will not be honoured. Please allow four weeks after the completion date for receipt of the monies. Only one Recommend a Friend voucher can be used per home purchase. Subject to Albemarle Homes’ standard terms and conditions. This scheme is only available to UK residents over the age of 18. This scheme is not available to employees of Albemarle Homes, any person connected or related to such an employee, Albemarle Homes’ agents or any person either connected professionally with this scheme or offer or acting in a business capacity. The £500 payment is not exempt from income tax or capital gains tax. The recipient of the £500 is responsible for declaring and paying any tax that may be due on this payment. The Recommend a Friend scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. This scheme will run from 1st March 2018 until further notice.
