Through collaborations with community consultations and local experts we ensure our developments take on board all recommendations to support local wildlife incorporating more natural habitats to create an enhanced ecosystem.

One way in which we are furthering this is via our ‘Setting Down Roots’ campaign.  The landscape plan at our development in Beckingham enabled us to provide each homeowner with their own indigenous fruit tree which will not only help to offset carbon emissions but also support, or form the basis of, a more sustainable lifestyle.

As the UK drives forward to meet net zero targets, electric vehicles are beginning to form a big part of this, that is why we have included the infrastructure required to be able to fit an EV charging unit to every property we build.  This will ensure that our homeowners will have the opportunity to prepare now for the future.

We are all aware of how very important the NHS is to us and that’s why we have pledged our support to the Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospitals Trust Charity.  We will be donating £100 for every home sold at our Westmoor Grange development in Armthorpe and Vicarage Fields development in Beckingham.

With over 400 homes being built across both developments, will be raising over £40,000 to help patients and staff at the hospital trust over the coming years.

Our mantra is, we build homes, but we also create communities and that is what we aim to do with all our developments no matter what the size.  We adopt a collaborative approach from the very first stage of planning right through to our last purchasers moving in and beyond.  We build long-term partnerships during the life of our developments which is why we support a variety of initiatives including grassroots sports, through Doncaster Rovers FC and Doncaster Knights Rugby Club and school outreach programs.
