Here’s How Albemarle Assist Works:

Once you’ve chosen your new Albemarle Home our sales adviser will take the details of your current home and you’ll then be offered our Albemarle Assist scheme.

Professional Valuation
Firstly, we’ll arrange for an independent local estate agent to get in touch to arrange a suitable time to visit and carry out a valuation of your current property.

The Selling Part
If you are happy with the valuation, we will instruct the estate agent to begin marketing your home at the agreed price and provide you with regular updates.

The Exciting Bit

Once a buyer is found for your current home, you’ll then be invited to reserve your brand new Albemarle Home.

The Financial Help
We understand that selling a home comes with added expenses, which is why we’ll cover all of your estate agent fees, plus provide a contribution of up to £500 to cover your legal fees* too. Both will be paid upon the successful completion of your new Albemarle home.

The Albemarle Assist incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions/offers, other than if stated.  The Albemarle Assist incentive, is based on using one of our recommended estate agents, for a minimum term of 8 weeks, and includes the agents fee only.  The legal fees paid incentive, is based on using one of our recommended independent solicitors. The offer includes the legal fees only up to £500 and does not include search fees and other disbursements.
