£500 price discount for every £25,000* spent on an Albemarle Home, equivalent to 2%, will be either gifted as a cash back on completion, or can be used towards upgrades and extras, if the purchaser works within one of the key workers services listed below;

  • NHS, Education, Police Force, Fire Service, Ministry of Defence, Probation Service, Prison Service or Local Authority

To apply for your discount, we will require 3 months’ worth of pay slips, preceding the month of reservation, that clearly state the service you work for.

*T&Cs; To qualify for The Key Worker discount individuals need to be currently employed by one of these Government bodies listed above. Payslips must be from the three months prior to reservation. Identification/proof of trained status will be required to validate qualification for the scheme.
