Downsizing Dreams Became Reality Thanks to Albemarle Homes

A couple, who were looking for a smaller home after their children had flown the nest, realised their downsizing dreams after discovering the perfect home in the perfect location.

Neil Humphries and his wife, Joanne, both in their 60s decided to make the move to a brand new property because they wanted a home where everything was up to date and maintenance free.  After researching and viewing different properties it wasn’t long until they discovered Vicarage Fields in Beckingham.

“We really wanted to have a home in a rural location near to our daughter and as soon as we visited Vicarage Fields, we knew it was the place for us,” said Neil. “The development set out really well so feels really spacious, the homes were competitively priced and their quality are far superior when compared with other properties that we viewed.”

The couple chose a four-bedroom Egerton house type and were particularly attracted to the open plan kitchen with the bifold doors into the garden and the spacious four bedrooms which meant their son, who lives abroad, could visit for long periods of time with ease.
