Superhero Finds His Family Home With Albemarle Homes

A Superhero son, and his Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospital Fundraising Manager mum, are reaping the rewards of a stunning brand-new home thanks to a Key Workers’ Incentive by Albemarle Homes.

Sarah Dunning along with her husband and superhero fan son, Jack aged 3, relocated to Vicarage Fields at Beckingham to enjoy a more rural lifestyle giving them a better work/life balance.

One factor that helped the family move to their dream home was the Key Workers Incentive which see £500 price discount for every £25,000 spent on an Albemarle Home, equivalent to 2%, deducted off the property list price.

Sarah and her family were able to tailor elements of their four bedroom Bloomsbury type home to suit their individual needs and were delighted to be kept up to date with regular progress reports and visits in person.  Furthermore, they were supported by the Albemarle team when delays occurred due to unavoidable mortgage and production challenges.

“Moving home is never without the odd deviation from the master plan but Albemarle kept us informed at every stage allaying any disappointment and giving honest reassurance,” said Sarah. “Living in a village setting such as Beckingham is idyllic and it’s such a lovely community to be part of. Our home layout has meant that we have adapted our separate dining room into a the perfect playroom for our superhero fan toddler, and it is great to have been able to find a home that will suit our family needs both now and in the future.”
