Albemarle Homes Helps Shaw Wood Academy Celebrate World Book Day with Book Donation

Reading has a range of benefits for Children from, developing creativity and empathy to increasing a child’s cognitive scores,  that’s why we’re proud to support Shaw Wood Academy Primary School near our Westmoor Grange development, in Armthorpe, with a £200 donation in celebration of World Book Day.

The donation has helped the school to purchase over 100 fiction and story books.  Charlotte Kirk, Head of Sales at Albemarle Homes, said: “We are delighted to support Shaw Wood Academy with this donation, enabling them to expand their collection of books and resources. Encouraging young minds to discover new stories and develop a love for reading is invaluable, and we hope this contribution helps inspire the next generation of readers.”
